A non paying bidder case will be opened if payment isn't received within 4 days. You will have 2 days to pay after this case has been opened, giving you 6 full days to pay for the item.

Return Policy
An RA# must be requested through eBay messaging for all returns. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving item. Please do not call to receive an RA#. Any item received without an RA# will be rejected. Some manufacturers will not let dealers give refunds for defective items. They require customers to send the item directly to them for replacement. Items returned that are not defective must be in new unopened condition. Returns for non-defective items will be refunded the price paid minus a 15% restocking fee. If you send back an item that you claim is defective and is not, the item will be returned to you at your expense. We recommend if you have a problem with the item you purchased from us to contact the customer service department for that manufacturer first. In some cases they can resolve the problem over the phone
